- Preparing and issuing the periodic reports required by the Wafi program, including reports on the movement of the guarantee account, completion percentages, and the project's financial obligations.
- Verifying the developer's adherence to the approved project budget, and monitoring any significant deviations if they exist.
- Submitting reports and observations – when appropriate – to the regulatory authority in accordance with legal requirements.
